Membership & Pricing
What is MidBloom?
MidBloom is a concierge-style wellness space for women in midlife. We blend evidence-based care, real human guidance, and discreet telehealth to help you feel more like yourself again.
Who is MidBloom for?
Any woman navigating the changes of midlife—perimenopause, menopause, or beyond. Partners and caregivers are welcome, too.
What’s included in each tier?
Sampler (Free): Weekly digest, select resources, limited event invites.
Core ($39/mo): Full resource library, workshops, member Q&A, and event replays.
Concierge ($149/mo, founding rate): Everything in Core + priority Q&A, private member space, and $100 monthly telehealth credit (rolls 1 month, max $200).What’s the Founding rate?
Early members lock in $149/mo for life. After the first 200 spots are filled, the rate moves to $199/mo.
Can I switch tiers or cancel?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime in your member portal.
Care & Consults
Is this a replacement for my doctor?
No—MidBloom complements your care with education, coaching, and consults. We don’t replace primary care or emergency services.
How fast are replies?
Concierge: within 2 business days
Core: within 3 business days
Do you prescribe HRT?
Clinicians may discuss and, where appropriate and permitted, prescribe HRT or other therapies—based on clinical judgment, patient history, and state licensure. (Care is limited to states where our clinicians are licensed.) List your states on launch.
How fast are replies?
Concierge: Priority Q&A responses within 2 business days.
Core: Asynchronous Q&A, typically within 3 business days.
Is this urgent care?
No. For emergencies, call 911 or go to your local ER.
Billing & Credits
How does the $100 monthly credit work?
It can be applied to any consult. Unused credit rolls over for 1 month (up to $200 max). Credits expire if not used or if membership is canceled.
Visit pricing (outside of membership credit):
Quick Consult (20 min): $109
Standard Telehealth (30 min): $149
Deep Dive (45 min): $199
Use the Book a Consult button (Acuity). You’ll complete a secure intake, then receive your telehealth link.
No-show / late cancellation?
< 24 hours’ notice: the applied credit is forfeited (or the equivalent fee is charged, if no credit applied).
Do you take insurance?
Memberships are self-pay, but we provide superbills for eligible telehealth visits so you can submit for reimbursement. Some services may be HSA/FSA-eligible—check with your plan.
Can I get a superbill?
Yes—available upon request for telehealth visits.
How do you protect my data?
We use secure, HIPAA-compliant systems for health information. Community posts and non-clinical resources are not used for storing PHI.
Community & Access
Where does the community live?
Inside our private platform. That’s where you’ll find events, workshops, resources, and support.
House rules?
Be respectful, no emergencies or PHI in posts/DMs, and no spam/solicitation.
How do I join?
Choose a tier on the Programs page → Join MidBloom → complete checkout → instant access.
What devices are supported?
Modern desktop and mobile browsers. Telehealth works best on Chrome/Safari with a stable connection.
Can I pause my membership?
Not at launch. You can cancel and rejoin later (founder pricing won’t be available after the founder window closes).
